Delivery Methods

Delivery countries

We ship from our warehouse in Poland to Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Italy and the Netherlands. For delivery to Poland, please order from our Polish shop at termofol.pl.

Shipping method

  • We ship by parcel carrier, currently DHL, to the delivery address given at checkout.
  • Cash on delivery is not available. Payment methods are described on the Payment methods page.

Delivery costs

Free delivery on orders of €70 or more (value of goods including VAT, after any discounts). Below that amount, the following delivery costs apply per order, including VAT:

  • The delivery cost of your order is shown in the basket and at checkout, before you click “Pay”.
  • For a VAT-exempt intra-Community supply to a business with a confirmed VAT number, delivery costs are charged without VAT.

Individual quote

For orders with a shipping weight above 31.5 kg, and for deliveries to registered trade customers (installers, resellers), checkout shows “Individual quote” instead of a delivery price. We will then contact you by e-mail after your order with the delivery cost and date, and we only deliver once you have agreed. If you do not accept the quote, you can cancel the order free of charge; any payments already made will be refunded in full.

Delivery times

  • Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). This period starts when the card payment is completed or, for prepayment, when the payment is received.
  • If an item is exceptionally out of stock, we ship it within 10 business days. We will tell you the expected delivery time by e-mail or phone within 48 hours of your order. If it does not suit you, you can cancel the order free of charge.

Damaged parcels

Please check the parcel on delivery and, if there is visible damage, ask the driver to confirm it where possible. Report any damage to biuro@termofol.pl as soon as possible. This does not affect your statutory rights.
