We manufacture heating films in Poland

One of the key stages in TERMOFOL's growth was launching a modern, high-capacity heating film production line in 2024 — the first of its kind in Europe. It is located at our production and logistics centre near Kraków and allows us to carry out the entire film manufacturing process ourselves, from preparing the components through to a finished, tested product.

Having our own production means, above all, control over the quality, parameters and repeatability of the product. The process covers preparing a special carbon paste, precision printing of the heating layer onto PET film, curing, applying silver tracks and copper strips, and the final lamination that protects the heating and electrical elements.

Quality under our control

Manufacturing in our own factory lets us control every stage of the process and develop the film's parameters in line with market requirements. Everything is carried out within management systems certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.

Combining our own factory with the TERMOFOL Research and Development Centre allows us to advance the technology, validate solutions and transfer the results of R&D work directly into production.

We manufacture in the heart of Europe

Locating production in Poland means a shorter supply chain, smoother logistics and the ability to respond quickly to market needs. The factory is complemented by 2,000 m² of our own warehouse space, located around 200 metres from the A4 motorway, along with our own transport and logistics resources.

As a result, we control not only the production process itself, but also the preparation and distribution of the finished products.
