Payment Methods

Card payment

You pay for your order by card payment on the secure payment page of our payment service provider Revolut. Accepted:

• Visa
• Mastercard
• Apple Pay
• Google Pay

How it works

1. At checkout, choose “Card payment” and click “Pay”.
2. You are redirected to Revolut's payment page, where you complete the payment. You enter your card details only with Revolut; we do not receive them.
3. Once the payment is successful, you return to the Shop and receive the order confirmation by e-mail.

• The amount is charged in euros when the payment is completed.
• If the payment is cancelled or not completed, the order is cancelled automatically.
• Refunds, for example after a withdrawal, are made to the card or payment method you used for the order.

Bank transfer (prepayment) for businesses

EU businesses whose VAT number has been confirmed at checkout through the VIES system, and registered trade customers, can also pay by bank transfer (prepayment):

• You will find our bank details in the order confirmation e-mail. Please use your order number as the payment reference.
• We ship the goods once the payment has been received.
• If the payment is not received within 7 days of the order, we may cancel the order.

Trade customers with an individual agreement are subject to the payment terms agreed in it.

Not available

Cash on delivery and payment on invoice for consumers are not available in the Shop.

Prices and VAT

All prices are in euros and include the VAT of the country of delivery; in the English version of the Shop, they are initially shown with German VAT. The total price, including delivery, is shown before you click “Pay”. Full details are in our Terms and Conditions.
