TERMOFOL TF-KZT Heating Cable – effective protection of pipes against freezing

TERMOFOL TF-KZT is a ready-to-install heating cable designed to protect pipes, pipelines, valves, and water meters from freezing. It works outdoors and in unheated rooms where the water installation is exposed to low temperatures. It can be used on pipes with a diameter of up to 5 cm.

The cable has a power of 15 W/m and is equipped with a built-in bimetallic thermostat, which allows it to operate automatically without requiring an additional controller. Heating activates at a temperature of approximately +3°C and deactivates at around +10°C.

The cable should be selected according to the length of the installation being protected and installed according to the manufacturer's instructions. For plastic pipes, self-adhesive aluminum tape should be used under the cable.

TERMOFOL TF-KZT is a simple and maintenance-free solution for protecting water installations against the effects of low temperatures.

TERMOFOL heating cables TF-KZT are designed for protecting pipes, valves, and water installations from freezing. They are suitable for installations conducted outside buildings and in unheated rooms, e.g., for supplying water to gardens, garages, utility buildings, or recreational facilities.

The cable is mounted on the protected pipeline under a layer of thermal insulation. The built-in thermostat automatically controls its operation, so the system does not require an additional controller.
